Terms of service

1. This agreement

These terms are between you and TODO_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME (“we”, “us”), the operator of ezflows. By creating an account or calling the API you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are able to bind it.

2. Your account

You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done with an API key you have issued. Keep your keys secret — they are shown exactly once, and anyone holding one can spend your balance.

Revoke a key immediately if it may have leaked. You can do that yourself in the dashboard, and it takes effect at once.

You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Your balance and billing

ezflows is prepaid and priced in US dollars. You add funds, and running a model spends them. Here is exactly what happens, because the mechanics matter more than the marketing:

1. When you submit a generation we reserve the estimated cost. If your balance will not cover it, the request is refused before anything runs — you cannot go into debt.
2. When it finishes we reconcile the reservation against what it actually cost. If we over-reserved, the difference comes back.
3. A failed generation is not billed. The reservation is returned in full. This is our cost to bear even where we have already paid a provider.
4. A cancelled generation is refunded only if it had not started. Cancellation stops us dispatching new work; it cannot recall a request already sent to a provider.

Every one of those movements is recorded in a ledger you can inspect in the dashboard. Your balance is not a deposit, does not earn interest, and is not redeemable for cash. Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects funds you have already added.

Refunds. If we bill you in error, tell us and we will fix it. Otherwise you may ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase, and we will return the unused portion of the amount you paid for it. Any bonus or promotional balance granted on top of a purchase has no cash value and is never refundable — a refund is always calculated against what you paid us, never against your balance.

4. Who owns what

You own your inputs. Prompts and files you upload remain yours.

You own your outputs, to the extent they can be owned at all — the copyright status of AI-generated material is unsettled in most jurisdictions, and we cannot promise you rights that the law may not grant anyone. We claim no ownership over what you generate and place no restriction on commercial use from our side.

You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: to store your content, transmit it to the model provider you selected, and show it back to you. Nothing broader. In particular we do not use your content to train models, and we do not use it to promote ezflows without asking you first.

Model licences flow through to you. Some models carry their own terms from whoever built them. Where a model restricts commercial use, that restriction applies to you and we cannot waive it. The restriction is shown on the model's page.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use ezflows to produce, or attempt to produce:

• Child sexual abuse material. Any attempt results in immediate termination and a report to the authorities. There is no warning and no appeal.
• Intimate or sexual imagery of a real person without their consent, including material that alters an existing image of someone.
• Content impersonating a real person in a way designed to deceive — fake statements, fabricated evidence, synthetic likenesses passed off as genuine.
• Material that incites violence, or that harasses or targets an individual.
• Content designed to defraud, including fake documents, receipts, or reviews.
• Anything unlawful where you are, or where we operate.

Also, do not:

• Resell raw model access in a way that is simply a pass-through of ours.
• Work around metering, concurrency limits or balance checks.
• Probe or attack the service, or attempt to reach another customer's data.

Security research is welcome — see the security section of our privacy policy for how to report something.

We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is breaching this section. Except for the first item above, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

7. Availability

We do not currently offer a service level agreement. We aim for the service to be available and we will tell you about planned maintenance, but generation depends on third-party model providers whose availability we do not control.

Models can be deprecated by their providers at short notice. When we have warning, we will pass it on.

8. What we do not promise

The service is provided “as is”. Generative models are probabilistic: output may be wrong, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose, and the same input may not produce the same result twice. Check anything you rely on. We do not warrant that output is accurate, original, or free of third-party rights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Ending the agreement

You may stop using ezflows at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may terminate for a material breach of section 6, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason — in which case we refund the unused portion of what you paid.

On termination, access ends and stored content is deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy. Download anything you want to keep first.

11. Changes to these terms

We will email account holders before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. If you do not, stop using it and ask for a refund of the unused portion of what you paid.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of TODO_JURISDICTION, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
